Start with the full 6-part series on how we prepped, survived and thrived in a pandemic outbreak.
You must store up on medicine, first aid essentials and supplements to keep your immune system strong.
Here is our starter pack:
Basic first aid kit with all the essential supplies. Here is the one I bought from Amazon:
Ibuprofen 200mg 100+ caplets. I don’t buy more expensive Advil. The generic store brand has the same active ingredients as Advil.
These include Oscillococcinum, Cold/Flu relief:
Ricola Sugar Free and Sambucus Elderberry Lozenges:
Sambucus by by Nature's Answer and Echinacea Goldenseal by Gaia Herbs.
Will these protect from the coronavirus? I don’t know. I am stacking the odds in my favor.
Regular band-aid bandages.
First aid antiseptic and helps prevent the risk of infection in minor cuts, scrapes and burns. We bought 91% isopropyl alcohol.
We also use this for home-made countertop cleaner.
Antibiotic ointment used for first aid.
As much hand-sanitizer as you can get your hands on. These are now very difficult to find.
Vinegar can help kill pathogens, including bacteria. There been many times where I would gargle with Apple Cider Vinegar any time I felt a sore throat. It helped me to never get sick.
I drink 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar diluted with water almost every day in the morning on empty stomach. I started with 1 tablespoon and eventually worked my way up to 2. Read up on apple cider vinegar benefits. You’ll be surprised how good it is for you and I can confirm from my own experience.
We buy Bragg Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with the "Mother":
Here are the following supplements we stocked up on. Yours may be different but many of these are good for immune system support such as Raw Zinc by Garden of Life and Vitamin D by Nature Wise 5,000 IU.
Oreganol P73 by North American Herb and Spice is also very good as antibacterial supplement and has been positively tested against micro-organisms and infections.
