Chicken I Use

I buy Organic Chicken Split Breast from Whole Foods or Greenwise brand from Publix.

Step 1: Prep the Foil

Form the foil as in the picture. This is where the chicken will go in a moment. I use Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.

Step 2: Olive Oil the Chicken

In a deep plate, add olive oil and rub it into the chicken breast. I use Felippo Berio Olive Oil.

Step 3: Salt and Cayenne Pepper

Add salt and cayenne pepper:

Step 4: Place Chicken Into Foil

Place the chicken into foil.

Step 5: Grind Pepper

I add grinded pepper onto the skin of the chicken. This will make the chicken crispy when it is done. I do this step right before I place it into the oven because I don't want to mess up the layer of grinded pepper.

Step 6: Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 350 degrees:

Step 7: Chicken in Oven

Place the chicken in foil onto a tray and put the tray into the oven:

Step 8: Cooking Time 60-90 Minutes

Start the timer to 60-90 minutes and let it cook. I usually go all the way to 90 minutes.

When done, check the chicken temperature inside so it has reached a temperature above 165:

You are done. Enjoy!
